ABOUT THE CLIENT
Tryoup.io is an innovative job management and dispatching software for field service businesses. It began 5 years ago when this software was initially developed first by Rebel Bee as a bespoke solution for a nationwide field service company in the UK. The success we had with this solution encouraged the development of a new SaaS model to brand and market it worldwide. And there we have it – Tryoup.io was formed.REBEL BEE’S CHALLENGE
We were tasked to take a dated bespoke solution and transform it into an innovative scalable SaaS model with field service businesses in mind. The new model should focus on improving UX/UI through automation, visualising metrics and modernising the appearance of the interface. Field service businesses rely heavily on advertising. Competition is high and therefore expensive so one crucial feature to add will be integrating all main marketing channels. Other features to be incorporated include call tracking, campaign management and job scheduling as well as new API integrations such as Google Analytics, Stripe and QuickBooks.
What Was Delivered?
Backend Console
As this SaaS model was being created as a new business venture and was based on a bespoke solution, it was necessary to develop a backend console to manage client accounts efficiently.
Client Web Interface & Mobile App
To support workflow and allow departments in a field service business to easily communicate we have created a handy mobile app. Enabling workers to generate and send invoices automatically and update job information, including photos from the site. The app allows business owners to track an employee’s time and materials, settle payments and monitor profits.New Integrations
We have carefully selected all the tools a field service business would ever need to acquire and made it easy for businesses to access them all in one place. Without no extra cost! Some integrations include QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Analytics, Google Ads and much more!
