ABOUT THE CLIENT
All Services 4 U is a field service business based in the UK, managing over 120 jobs per day and 50+ field workers. They work with multiple suppliers that are offering thousands of products. All Service 4 U technicians are selling products on-site to customers who were ordering services (lock change, security cameras, access control etc.)
A few things that held back All Services 4 U from being bigger and better:
- No eCommerce facility.
- Field workers were selling products daily and would send a report in excel, with all the products that they had sold and those that they’d like to restock.
- There was no facility for external tradesmen to enjoy trade prices.
THE BRIEF
All Services 4 U desired to expand their business with eCommerce, selling security and smart home products to both private customers and tradesmen. Also, the client wanted to automate the way they work with their multiple suppliers and making the order fulfilment faster.
Rebel Bee were tasked to design and develop a centralised product information management system (PIM) that allows API integration with suppliers for automatic updates of products.
The goal was to create a more modern and connected experience between suppliers, field workers and customers in one place. As well as grow the business by selling products online.

We knew on approach that this was going to be a very complex task as there are so many layers to it. The main challenge was that we needed to consider both the front and the back end and how they could work effectively.
- Design & develop multiple online stores.
- Build CMS, SEO elements & various page templates.

- Automation of order fulfilment.
- Product management on multiple channels (websites).
What Was Delivered?
Establishing eCommerce Presence
The first step of the process was to create modern websites for the three brands that All Services 4 U represent, using our bespoke CMS system. Each brand is unique with different target audiences, which we took into consideration during the design process. All websites have been equipped with many eCommerce and CMS tools including upsell options, elastic search, autosuggestion and wizard forms to guide customers.6 x Faster To Get Products To Market
Rebel Bee has automated the process of updating products, thanks to API integration with multiple suppliers. Stock items, product details and prices are distributed automatically to websites of the client’s choice.
Additionally, we made it possible for the company to offer different pricing for their general customers, subcontractors and external tradesmen. Using an Account Fund feature, subcontractors can top up their account and receive credits and exclusive offers.
Integration with CRM Mobile App
We have taken it a step further, when a technician is selling a product onsite using the CRM mobile app, they scan the barcode of a product, and that product will be sent automatically for fulfilment and taken from their account fund balance.
This streamline of data allows the company to restock their subcontractors vans accurately based on sales made on site.
